The Christmas Tree

We collected found objects to decorate our makeshift Christmas tree.  I bought a small wire and wood tree from the flea market and a couple of glass bead necklaces for garlands.  KT received some Mardi Gras beads down on Fremont Street in Downtown Las Vegas.  We continued to decorate it with shells, driftwood, a desert stone…whatever we found on our journey that was small and would work as an ornament of sorts.  This morning before opening his gifts KT put the finishing touches on the tree.

Life’s lesson:  Simple is good.  Really, really good.  Merry Christmas!
